基于文献计量学的国内外睡眠障碍研究现状与热点分析＊

目的 基于文献计量学分析国内外睡眠障碍的研究概况与热点变化。方法 基于CNKI和Web of Science数据库检索2001年至2020年睡眠障碍核心文献,利用文献计量学方法以及CiteSpace软件对中英文文献的年发表量、国家、机构、作者、期刊、学科、关键词等内容进行统计分析。结果 2001年至2020年,睡眠障碍相关研究文章发表数逐年上升,中文核心文献共计3176篇,英文2786篇;美国是发文量最多的国家,斯坦福大学是国际上发文量最多的机构,国内北京中医药大学发文居首位;国内外睡眠障碍研究学科均以临床和药理为主。研究热点显示睡眠障碍所致的心血管等疾病备受关注。结论 近20年来,国内外对睡眠障碍的研究热度持续增加,睡眠障碍的机制研究尚浅有待深入,同时神经和精神疾病、心血管以及代谢疾病的相关性被重视,药物与非药物疗法以及睡眠障碍的机理有待深入研究,睡眠障碍的相关保健品开发市场前景广阔。

Research Status and Hotspots Analysis of Sleep Disorder at Home and Aboard Based on Bibliometrics

Objective To analyze the research overview and hotspots of sleep disorder at home and aboard based on bibliometrics.Methods The literatures of sleep disorder in 2001-2020 were searched from CNKI and Web of Science core database. We performed statistics and analysis on publication time, countries, institutions, authors, journals, categories and keywords by bibliometrics and CiteSpace software.Results In 2001-2020, with an increasing trend, a total of 3176 Chinese and 2786 English core literatures of sleep disorder were obtained; United States had the most publications and Stanford University had the largest number of English publications; Beijing University of Chinese Medicine had the largest number of Chinese publications; Both in domestic and foreign communities, the disciplines of sleep disorder researches were mainly in clinical and pharmacological; The future research hotspot at home and abroad was cardiovascular disease caused by sleep disorders.Conclusion In the past 20 years, research on sleep disorders has continued to increase at home and abroad. The mechanisms about sleep disorder needs further researches. The correlation between sleep disorders and neurological and mental diseases, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases has attracted much attention. Drug and non-drug therapies have been extensively studied. The mechanism of sleep disorders needs in-depth study, and the market development prospects for the development of health products related to sleep disorders are broad.
