| 摘 要： | 目的 评价 CT引导共轴针法肺内病灶的穿刺活检对诊断的价值。方法 应用 COOK公司生产的 DCHN-18- 15 .0旋切式活检针对 37例肺病灶行 CT引导下穿刺活检。结果 37例肺病灶皆被刺中 ,病理诊断正确率97.2 % ,假阴性为 2 .8% ,无假阳性 ,仅 1例发现有少量气胸 ,未需任何处理。结论 CT引导下共轴针法肺内病灶的穿刺活检诊断正确率高 ,并发症少 ,可作为肺内病灶组织学诊断的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evalue the diagnostic effect of CT-guided biopsy of pulmonary lesions by means of the coaxial technique. Methods 37cases of lung lesions were punctured with aspiration needle under CT guidance. Results All lesions were punctured precisely. The diagnostic accuracy was 97.2%, and the false-negative result was 2.8%. No false-positive was found. The occurrence of pneumothorax was 2.8% without treatment . Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of pulmonary lesions by means of the coaxial technique is safe and accurate for histologic diagnosis of pulmonary lesions. |
