联合应用垂体后叶素与酚妥拉明经泵治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的临床研究

目的探讨联合应用垂体后叶素与酚妥拉明经泵治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法随机选出71例食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者分为治疗组37例和对照组34例。治疗组用垂体后叶素90u,酚妥拉明20mg加0．9％氯化钠注射液至100ml，按无菌操作将上述药物注入一次性镇痛泵的储药囊内，采用药囊弹力回缩作用，以2ml／h的速度恒速从静脉注入，维持48～72h，根据病情可随时追加药物。对照组予垂体后叶素缓慢持续滴注，各治疗3天。结果治疗组效果显著优于对照组垆〈0．05）。结论联合应用垂体后叶素与酚妥拉明经泵治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血，药量准确、恒速、持续，维持药物有效浓度，充分发挥药物作用，止血效果好，操作简单，使用方便。

Clinical research of the therapy by pumping with pituitrin and phentolamine to treat the hemorrhage because of esophageal varices
