2005-2012年仁寿县志气村血吸虫病监测结果分析

目的掌握血吸虫病疫情动态,为制订防治策略和考核防治效果提供依据。方法按《全国血吸虫病监测方案》的方法,于2005年开始对仁寿县志气村国家级监测点开展血吸虫病疫情监测。结果 2005年、2006年人群血吸虫病感染率分别为0.53%、1.17%,2007-2012年未检出血吸虫感染者;仅在2005年检出2头血吸虫感染耕牛;有螺面积从2005年的29 770 m^2下降到2012年的340 m^2,残存钉螺主要分布在水田、沟渠。结论监测点疫情总体呈下降趋势,但血吸虫病流行因素未根本改变,疫情易反弹;今后做好传染源的管理,加大灭螺力度,以进一步降低血吸虫病流行水平。

Surveillance on Schistosomiasis in Zhiqi Village of Renshou County,2005-2012

Objective To master the dynamic endemic situation,so as to provide a basis for policy-making and evaluation of schistosomiasis control work. Methods According to the National Scheme for Schistosomiasis Surveillance,the endemic situation of schistosomiasis was monitored in Zhiqi village,Renshou county. Results Three and six schistosomiasis patients were respectively reported in 2005 and 2006,and the human infection rates were respectively 0.53% and 1.17%. Schistosomiasis patients were not found within from 2007 to 2012,and in 2005 only two cattle were found positive. The snail ridden area decreased from 29,770 m^2 in 2005 to 340m^2 in 2012.Conclusion The overall endemic prevalence in the surveillance sites is in a downward trend from 2007 to 2012 in Zhiqi village of Renshou county,yet the infection sources are still exist and thus the epidemic situation is easy to relapse. Therefore,comprehensive countermeasures such as infection resource control,should be strengthened to further to alleviate the epidemic situation.
