重庆涪陵区猪肉中砷铜检测

摘    要:目的了解涪陵地区猪肉及肝脏中砷、铜污染现状。方法采用随机采样方法,分别采集大木乡农户自养猪(土猪)及其肝脏各30件样品;另选择城区某屠场饲料猪肉(饲料猪)和肝脏各30件样品;分别用氢化物-原子荧光及原子吸收分光光度法测定总砷和铜含量。结果土猪猪肉总砷、铜含量分别为0.004 3~0.083 mg/kg、1.09~3.05 mg/kg;土猪猪肝总砷、铜含量分别为0.005 2~0.12 mg/kg、3.08~6.91 mg/kg;饲料猪猪肉总砷、铜含量分别为0.020~0.16 mg/kg、2.94~4.59 mg/kg;饲料猪猪肝总砷、铜含量分别为0.026~0.31 mg/kg、5.08~12.05 mg/kg。结论土猪猪肉、猪肝中总砷、铜含量均低于饲料猪,土猪、饲料猪猪肉总砷、铜含量均低于猪肝。

Content of Arsenic and Cuprum in Pork in Fuling District,Chongqing

Abstract:Objective To determinate the content of arsenic and cuprum in pork and pork liver in Fuling distract, Chongqing. Methods Pork and pork liver samples were collected from farmer and slaughterhouse by random sampling (30 samples each) , and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG -AFS) flame a- tomic absorption methods were adopted to quantitatively analyze contents of arsenic and cuprum. Results Arse- nic and cuprum content of pork of farmer - raised pigs were 0. 0043 - 0. 083 mg/kg and 1.09 - 3.05 mg/kg, and in liver were 0. 0052 -0. 12 mg/kg and 3.08 -6. 91 mg/kg, respectively; arsenic and cuprum contents in pork of slaughterhouse were 0. 020 -0. 16 mg/kg and 2. 94 -4. 59 mg/kg, and in liver were 0. 026 -0. 31 mg/kg and 5.08 - 12. 05 mg/kg, respectively. Conclusion Arsenic and euprum content in pork and liver farmer- raised pigs are both lower than that from slaughterhouse, and arsenic and cuprum in pork from farm and slaughterhouse were both lower than that in liver.
