穴位电刺激预防老年肿瘤患者PICC术后深静脉血栓的效果

目的探讨穴位电刺激（AS）对预防老年肿瘤患者经外周中心静脉插管（PICC）术后深静脉血栓（DVT）形成的效果。方法老年肿瘤PICC术后患者120例，术后护理随机分为对照组60例，采用常规护理，实验组60例在常规护理基础上联合AS，分别比较两组术前及术后3周腋静脉流速及DVT发生率的差异。结果实验组腋静脉流速术后3周较对照组有显著加快（P〈0.05）；实验组DVT发生率（1.7%），对照组发生率（11.7%），差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.821，P〈0.05）。结论AS能明显改善老年肿瘤患者PICC术后置管上肢的血液循环，可有效预防DVT的形成。

Effects of electric acupoint stimulation on prevention of elderly tumor patients with deep venous thrombosis after PICC operation

Objective To study the effects of electric acupeint stimulation on prevention of elderly tumor patients with deep venous thrombosis after peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC).Methods Postoperative nursing for the 120 patients were randomizely divided into muting nursing(RN ,60)group and RN group combined with acupoint stimulation (AS,60).Axillary vein flux and incidence of DVT of the both groups were compared respectively preoperative and 3 weeks after PICC.Results Compared with group RN and AS,the axillary vein flux in group AS increased evidently 3 weeks after PICC(7.17±3.23 vs 6.01±2.15 ; t = 2.315 0,P ＜ 0.05),while the incidence of DVT decreased obviously(1.7% vs 11.7% ; X~2 = 4.821,P ＜ 0.05),however no difference before PICC.Condusions AS,not only could remarkably accelerate the upper limb blood flow of the elderly patients with malignant tumor after PICC,but also could effectively prevent the incidence of DVT.
