摘    要:目的 :评价在护理专业学生入学早期进行批判性思维能力训练的效果。方法 :采用自行设计的问卷 ,通过学生自评、学校老师评价和临床带教老师评价 ,对 170名护理专业学生 (本科生 5 4人 ,专科生 10 9人 )进行临床批判性思维能力的调查 ,其中实验组 87人 ,对照组 76人。结果 :实验组 3种形式的评价得分均显著高于对照组 ,且本科生得分也高于专科生 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :在护理专业学生入学早期 (基础医学课程教学阶段 )开始进行护理专业的批判性思维的训练对学生批判性思维的形成是非常有利的。

Abstract:Objective: to evaluate the training effect on critical thinking ability performed in the early stage of start school in nursing students. Method: a total of 170 nursing students (54 of undergraduate students, 109 of training school students) were investigated on their clinical critical thinking ability via filling out self-designed questionnaire. Clinical critical thinking ability of all students had evaluated by both students themselves and their teachers of basic subjects and clinical subjects. Among them, 87 of students were in test group and the other 76 students were in control group. Results: scores of test group students from all the three evaluations were significantly higher than that of control group. And undergraduate students got higher scores than those students of training schools got (P<0.01). Conclusion: it is beneficial to the formation of critical thinking in nursing students to start the critical thinking ability training in their early in-school stage.
