一氧化氮在高脂饲养兔胸主动脉的变化和意义

摘    要:观察高脂饲养兔胸主动脉血管环对去甲肾上腺素(NE)的反应性及环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量的变化。结果表明其对NE的反应性降低,组织cGMP的含量减少。左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)和硝普钠(SNP)可恢复此反应性,而一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)阻滞剂L-硝基精氨酸(L-NNA)却加重其降低的反应性。提示高脂饲养兔血管环中的一氧化氮(NO)减少,L-Arg及SNP可以逆转之,暗示L-Arg/NO通路障碍可能是动脉粥样硬化的又一机理。

Abstract:Nitric oxide(NO),besides modulating vascular tone,may be an inhibitory regulator of smooth muscle cell proliferation,also inhibit the development of atherosclerosis,We observed responses and changes of cGMP of high cholesterol fed rabbit thoracic aorta rings,It showed an attenuation of the responses to norepinephine and a decrease of cGMP. L-n-nitric-arginine (L-NNA,a selective antagonist of nitric oxide synthase) inhibited the release of NO from the rings. L-arginine(L-Arg) and sodium nitroprusside(SNP) could reverse these actions. These studies imply that L-Arg/NO pathway obstruct may likely be another one of mechanism of atherosclerosis.
