| 摘 要： | 本文总结了原发性房角关闭与原发性闭角型青光眼的概念,综述了原发性闭角型青光眼房角关闭机制分为单纯性瞳孔阻滞型、单纯性非瞳孔阻滞型和多种机制共存型,并对导致房角关闭的相关因素做了分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the concepts of primary angle closure(PAC)and primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG),PACG can be divided into pure pupillary block angle closure glaucoma,pure non-pupillary block angle closure glaucoma and multiple mechanism angle closure.Causative factors of the primary angle closure were analyzed in the present paper. |
