CD44V6在胃癌中的表达及临床意义探讨

目的:探讨CD44V6在胃癌中的表达与其生物学行为的关系,并结合临床病理资料探讨其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化“二步法”检测胃癌120例、正常胃粘膜组织20例、胃粘膜腺体不典型增生26例中CD44V6的表达。结果:胃癌组织中CD44V6表达阳性率为72.5%(87/120)、正常胃粘膜为阴性、胃粘膜腺体不典型增生组织中局限于基底细胞呈灶性表达。随临床病理分级升高,CD44V6表达增加,其Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级CD44V6阳性率分别为33.3%、65.4%、80.7%(P<0.05)。随临床分期升高,CD44V6表达增高,但各期间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。CD44V6表达在有淋巴结转移组中(89.1%)明显高于无淋巴结转移组(46.4%)(P<0.05)。结论:CD44V6与胃癌的发生、发展其转移呈密切相关性,CD44V6可作为评估胃癌预后指标,对其选择恰当的综合治疗方案有一定的价值。

Expression of CD44V6 in Gastric Carcinoma and Is Significance

Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of CD44V6 in gastric carcinoma and to investigate its relationship with biological behavior. Methods: Two stages immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of CD44V6 in 120 cases gastric carcinoma,20 cases normal tissue and 26cases atypital hyperplasia tissue. Results: The positive rates of CD44V6was 72.5%(87/120)in gastric carcinoma,not observed in normal tissue and the focally expression of CD44V6 only in the atypical hyperplasia of the gastric basal cell.The higher the expressions of CD44V6 were the worse the pathological grade became.The positive rates of CD44V6 in different pathological grades of the gastric carcinoma was 33.3%in grade 1,65.4% in grade 2 and 80.7% in grade 3(P<0.05). The higher the expressions of CD44V6 were, the worse the clinical stage was. But,there were no significant difference in all ground(P>0.05).The positive-staining of CD44V6 in lymphatic metastasis(89.1%) was higher than that in no lymphatic metastasis(46.4%)(P<0.05). Conclussion: CD44V6 was positively correlated with the development,progression and metastasis of gastric cancer and could be used as a marker to evaluate prognosis of gastric carcinoma,and it would be worth in choosing a combined modality therapy.
