| 摘 要： | 自1960年以来用人工血管旁路移植术治疗三例较少见的主动脉缩窄症。对患者经仔细比较两侧上下肢血压及脉搏,可作出初步诊断。心脏及主动脉造影可明确缩窄部位、程度、范围。对缩窄病变较长、体质较差的病例均可作缩窄段近远侧人工血管转流术,此术简便、安全、不会损坏侧枝循环,效果较好。

| Abstract: | Three cases of complex congenital aortic coarctation which are rarely seen have been treated with artificial dacron graft bypass in our hospital since 1960. The primary diagnosis on young adults and children with hypertension can be made by comparing the blood Pressure and Pulses of both sides of the upper and lower limbs. Cardiograph and aortagraph can determine the position, degree and area. For those patients who are week or whose coarctation segments are quite long, artificial dacron graft bypass can be performed. This procedure is easy and comparatively safe without destroying any collaterol circulation, thus ensures a better result. |
