P_(53)和增殖性抗原Ki-67在乳腺癌中的表达

目的　研究乳腺癌中P53 蛋白和增殖性抗原Ki- 67的表达 ,以及与临床病理参数的关系。方法　应用S -P免疫组化法检测 10 8例乳腺癌P53 和增殖性抗原Ki - 67的表达。结果　Ⅱ～Ⅲ级乳腺癌P53 蛋白表达强度高于Ⅰ级乳腺癌 ,两者间差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。Ⅲ级乳腺癌Ki - 67表达阳性率高于Ⅰ级乳腺癌 ,两者间差异也具有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。P53 与Ki- 67的表达间存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　同时检测P53 和Ki- 67对乳腺癌患者的预后有更可靠的评价

Expression of P53 and Proliferating Antigen Ki- 67 in Breast Cancer

Objective To study the expression of P 53 and proliferating antigen Ki-67 and their clinical pathological significance in breast cancer. Methods S-P immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of P 53 and proliferating antigen Ki-67 in 108 cases of breast cancer. Results P 53 protein expression intensity of grade II III breast cancer was higher than that of grade I, the difference was noticeable (P<0.05). Ki-67 positive rate of grade III breast cancer was higher than that of grade I, the difference was also noticeable (P<0.01). Conclusion It seemed that the estimation of proliferating antigen Ki67 together with P 53 protein might be have greater prognostic value than the estimation of single factor.
