摘    要:目的测定脑心舒口服液中10羟基-2-癸烯酸的含量。方法高效液相色谱法:十八烷基硅炕键合硅胶;流动相为甲醇-水0.03mol·L^-1盐酸(55:35:10);流速为1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长为210nm,进样量10μL,柱温为室温。结果在0.212-1.272μg对照品质量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=4.506×10^3X-1.396×10^4,r=0.9999。平均回收率100.1%,RSD=0.76%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、可作为质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a determination method for 10-hydroxyl-2-decylenic acid in Naoxinshu oral liquid. Methods An HPLC method with ODS C18 column was used. Methanol water-0.03 mol·L^-1 hydroehloride (55 : 35 :10) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The deterction wave-length was 210 nm. Results The detection range was 0. 21241. 272μg. There was a good linear relationship between consistency and apex-area. The regress equation was Y: 4. 506 ×10^3X-1. 396×10^4 , r=0.999 9. The recovery of the added sample was 100. 1% and RSD=0.76% (n=6). Conclusion This method is simple and reliable in the quality control of Naoxinshu oral liquid.
