孟鲁司特添加治疗难治性哮喘的疗效分析

目的 探讨孟鲁司特治疗难治性哮喘的临床疗效.方法 选择2009年10月至2010年6月收治的难治性哮喘患者78例,随机将患者分为研究组和对照组.2组均有常规治疗(激素和β2受体激动剂),治疗组在基础上加用孟鲁司特片,每晚10 mg口服,2周为一个疗程,观察比较两组疗效及相关指标.结果 与对照组相比,研究组的显效率、总有效率和FEV1/FVC%值占估计值的百分比均明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 孟鲁司特在治疗难治性哮喘的过程中表现出较好的临床疗效,且副作用小,是难治性哮喘患者的药物添加治疗首选.

Clinical effect of difficult asthma tTreated by adjunctive Montelukast
