广西地区复发转移乳腺癌临床病理因素及激素受体状况的相关研究

目的 探讨广西地区复发转移乳腺癌临床病理因素、激素受体状况及二者相关性.方法 应用免疫组化方法,检测接受根治手术的女性乳腺癌患者100例中的ER、PR、CerbB-2、表达情况.结果 发病年龄、肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移状况、pTNM分期、ER的表达与乳腺癌患者根治手术后累积复发转移率有关,多因素分析显示最终进入COX模型的仅有ER.结论 乳腺癌术后复发转移与发病年龄、肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移状况、pTNM分期有关.ER可作为乳腺癌术后复发转移的预测指标.

Related study on the clinicopathological parameters and hormone receptor status in postoperative breast cancer with recurrence or metastasis in Guangxi

Objective To study the clinicopathological parameters and hormone receptor status,and the correlation between them in postoperative breast cancer with local recurrence or metastasis in Guangxi.Methods The analysis through immunohistochemistry method in paraffin block was detected the expression of ER、PR、CerbB-2 in the 100 female and postoperative breast cancer cases.Results The axillary nodal status,the size of tumor,the incidence age,the pTNM stage,ER were related to cumulative metastatic and recurrent rates of breast cancer cases after radical mastectomy.The COX analysis showed that only ER could enter the last model.Conclusion The axillary nodal status,the size of tumor,the incidence age,the pTNM stage are related to the local recurrence or metastasis in postoperative breast cancer cases.ER might be a predictor for the local recurrence or metastasis of postoperative breast cancer.
