黄芪多糖对哮喘患者血清Th1/Th2细胞因子及肺功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨黄芪多糖(Astragalus Polysaccharide,APS)对哮喘患者血清中Th1/Th2细胞因子的及肺功能的影响。方法选择哮喘急性发作期患者48例,分为两组:APS治疗组24例,对照组24例,所有患者给予相对应级别剂量的糖皮质激素等常规治疗,APS治疗组常规治疗的基础上用APS注射液(250 mg/d),每月连续用7 d,疗程3月。所有患者在治疗前及治疗3个月后检测血清IL-4I、FN-γ、血浆总IgE浓度,测定肺功能。结果与治疗前比较,3个月后APS治疗组患者血清IgE和IL-4含量较免疫治疗前明显降低(P〈0.01,P〈0.001);血清IFN-γ显著升高(P〈0.001),肺功能明显改善(P〈0.001)。与对照组比较,APS治疗组患者血清IgE和IL-4含量明显降低(P〈0.05);血清IFN-γ显著升高(P〈0.01),肺功能明显改善(P〈0.05)。结论 APS能够纠正机体Th1/Th2类细胞表达的偏移,改善哮喘患者的免疫异常,改善哮喘患者的肺功能。

Effect and Analysis of Astragalus Polysaccharide on Serum Th1/Th2 cytokinesand and Pulmonary Function in Asthmatic

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect and clinical efficacy of immunomodulator on serum Th1/Th2 cytokines and Pulmonary Function in asthmatic.Methods Forty-eight asthma-sufferers at acute stage were enrolled and divided into APS therapy grounp and control grounp.All the cases were given the same amount of inhaled corticosteroids for the conventional treatment in control group/APS group.APS group took Astragalus Polysaccharide(APS,250mg/d) in treatment group,continuity 7 days for each month,for 3 months.Blood samples of all patients were drawn before and 3 months after treatment to detect the serum IL-4 and IFN-γand total plasma IgE levels,and their lung functions were measured as well.Results Serum level of IgE and IL-4 levels did decrease obviously(P0.01)(P0.001),but IFN-γincreased obviously(P0.001),pulmonary function obviously improved(P0.001)in treatment group after APS treatment.Compare with control group,serum level of IgE and IL-4 levels did decrease obviously(P0.05),but IFN-γincreased obviously(P0.01),pulmonary function obviously improved(P0.05) after treatment.Conclusion APS can correct the expression migration of Th1/Th2 type cytokines,regulate the immune abnormality and improve pulmonary function of asthmatic.
