| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期护理干预对全髋关节置换术患者术后功能康复的影响。方法将70全髋关节置换术患者随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组只是按骨科常规治疗护理,干预组除给予骨科常规护理外,为患者制定系统的早期护理干预计划:术前心理干预,术前康复指导、术后护理、术后全面的康复训练,比较两组髋关节功能恢复情况。结果 70例患者均得到随访,采用Harris髋关节功能评分标准评分,术后3个月干预组终末随访髋关节功能优良率达93.0%;对照组终末随访髋关节功能优良率达71.7%。干预组髋关节功能恢复的有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过实施早期、有计划、系统的护理干预,有效促进了患者术后髋关节功能康复,改善了患者的生活质量。
