| 摘 要： | 目的探讨保留迷走神经腹腔支胃癌根治术的临床应用价值。方法 128例胃癌病例随机分为两组,各64例,分别实行保留迷走神经腹腔支胃癌根治术（观察组）和传统胃癌根治术（对照组）,并进行胃肠动力学和胃肠激素分泌水平的对比。结果观察组在术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间优于对照组（P〈0.05）,而淋巴结清扫个数与对照组无明显区别（P〉0.05）。观察组血清胃泌素和基础胃酸分泌量明显低于对照组（P=0.001或P〈0.05）,而空腹血浆胰多肽水平明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。空腹血清胰岛素水平两组无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论保留迷走神经腹腔支的胃癌根治术能加快病人胃肠道功能的恢复和更好的营养吸收。
