心律失常在孕期的判断及处理

目的通过对480例妊娠期心电图检查结果变化,进一步探讨妊娠期心律失常改变的认识、判断及相应处理。方法通过回顾我院2008年10月至2010年10月480例妊娠期妇女心电图改变结果,将妊娠期心电图异常变化分组比较。结果妊娠早期心电图有轻度改变,至妊娠晚期心电图异常明显增多。结论大多数妊娠期妇女心电图异常改变,通常不需要特殊的临床治疗,能顺利通过妊娠期和分娩期。

The diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia in pregnancy
