刺蓝抗疲劳口服液提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的研究影响刺蓝抗疲劳口服液提取工艺因素,确定最佳条件。方法采用L9(34)进行正交设计试验,对刺蓝抗疲劳口服液提取工艺进行优选,以紫丁香苷、人参皂苷Rb1提取量及浸膏提取率为考察指标,考察加水量、提取时间、药材粒径对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳工艺条件为饮片加水煎煮二次,第一次加10倍水,煎煮2h,第二次加8倍水,煎煮1.5h。结论该工艺稳定可靠,简便易行,可用于刺蓝抗疲劳口服液的工业化生产。
