输入袢空肠结扎术在胰肠吻合中的应用

目的探讨输入袢空肠结扎术在胰肠吻合中的效果。方法将需要行胰肠吻合的35例患者随机分为两组：实验组18例,采用输入袢结扎的间置空肠吻合术,对照组17例,采用经典的Roux-en-Y型吻合术,比较两组在手术时间、住院时间、肠功能恢复时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果实验组和对照组相比,消化道重建时间为（39.3±7.5）min vs.（61.5±12.7）min（P〈0.001）,住院时间为（11.0±2.0）d vs.（13.0±1.0）d（P〈0.005）,肠功能恢复时间为（55.3±12.7）h vs.（79.6±13.3）h（P〈0.001）,并发症发生率为5.6%（1/18）vs.33.3%（5/17）（P〈0.01）,差异有统计学意义;实验组术后总胆红素值浓度和对照组相比无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,但术后1月及3月时疼痛减轻明显（P〈0.001）。结论采用输入袢结扎的间置空肠吻合术安全有效,可在胰肠吻合重建中应用。
