| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫背带式缝合在剖宫产产后出血处理中的作用。方法对10例剖宫产术中因子宫收缩乏力的产后出血者采用子宫背带式缝合治疗观察子宫收缩及止血效果。结果 10例因子宫收缩乏力产后出血患者经按摩子宫,应用宫缩剂等治疗无效,采用子宫背带式缝合术,效果良好。结论子宫背带式缝合术安全、有效、简单易操作,是治疗产科出血的重要方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the role of uterine parceled suture in the treatment of the postpartum hemorrhage caused by cesarean. Methods Ten patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by inertia of uterus in cesarean,treated them with uterine parceled suture,and observed the contraction of uterine and the effect of haemostasis. Results Such treatments as uterine massage and hysterotonics had no effect on the ten patients, but they were treated well with uterine parceled suture. Conclusion Uterine parceled suture ... |
