坎地沙坦联合福辛普利治疗中老年慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

目的探讨坎地沙坦联合福辛普利治疗中老年慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效和安全性。方法将符合诊断的90例患者,治疗组45例采用坎地沙坦联合福辛普利治疗,对照组45例采用福辛普利治疗3个月为一疗程,2个疗程后观察临床疗效、心脏彩超。结果联合用药组总有效率91.11%,对照组71.11%。联合用药组各指标改善均优于对照组,治疗前后及两组治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坎地沙坦能改善患者的症状及愈后,与ACEI类药物福辛普利二药联合应用给中老年慢性心衰患者带来更大的益处,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical study on chronic heart failure middle and old aged patients treated with candesartan and fosinopril

Objective To study the clinical effect and the safe of Candesartan and Fosinopril in treating chronic heart failure middle and old aged patients. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups.45 patients in the treating group were treated with Candesartan and Fosinopril,and 45 patients in the control group were treated with Fosinopril. Three months was a course of treatment and both group were treated two course of treatment. The total effect rate, echocardiogram and side effects were observed. Results The total effect rate of the treatment group was 91.11%,and the control group was 71.11%.The effect of echocardiogram was obviously superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion candesartan and Fosinopril can improve the symptom and the coalescence.It diverses clinical use.
