甲基强的松龙冲击联合硫辛酸疗法对不同类型多发性硬化的疗效观察

目的比较甲基强的松龙(methylprednisolone,MP)冲击疗法和甲基强的松龙冲击联合硫辛酸(Lipoicacid,LA)疗法对不同类型多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)的近期疗效。方法 MP组以MP冲击3d后,剂量减半并改为口服,每3天减半量,直至减完;MP+LA组MP用法与MP组相同,但从口服起,即加服α-LA胶囊,连续14d。结果两种疗法在观察期内对迅速缓解复发-缓解型症状均有显著疗效;对于继发进展型MP疗法在观察期内并未取得显著疗效,而MP+LA疗法取得显著疗效。结论提示MP+LA可能在近期内对改善继发进展型症状较单用MP冲击显著有效。

The clinical efficacy of Methylprednisolone pulse combined Lipoic Acid therapy on different types of multiple sclerosis

Objective To compare the recent effect of methylprednisolone（MP） pulse therapy and methylprednisolone pulse combined Lipoic Acid（LA） therapy on different types of multiple sclerosis（MS）.Methods MP group were treated with MP pulse therapy for 3 days,and then replaced by half dose oral MP,half the amount every 3 days until the cut end.hMP ＋ LA group were the same as MP group in the first three days,but oral administration need add α-LA capsules,the course of treatment is 14 d.Results During the observation period,the two treatments（MP and MP ＋ LA） all had a significant effect on relapsing-remitting MS;But the MP treatment for secondary-progressive type MS did not achieve a significant effect,while the MP ＋ LA therapy achieved a significant effect.Conclusion The MP ＋ LA treatment may more effective than MP treatment on secondary-progressive type MS.
