| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清总胆汁酸(TBA)测定在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿肝脏损伤中的临床意义。方法对120例足月HIE新生儿和30例足月健康新生儿的血清TBA进行测定并动态观察。结果 HIE患儿血清TBA水平明显升高,但轻度HIE患儿血清TBA与正常足月新生儿水平无明显差异(P>0.05),重度HIE患儿血清TBA水平明显高于正常新生儿(P<0.01),经过治疗后TBA水平均较前下降,且具有统计学意义(P<0.01),提示新生儿HIE常有肝脏损害,且随着缺氧严重程度逐渐加重。结论血清TBA测定可以早期、动态反应HIE患儿肝脏损伤情况,是新生儿肝实质损伤的早期诊断指标,对新生儿HIE的预后有一定的指导作用,值得在临床上借鉴、推广。 |
