| 摘 要： | 目的为优化烧伤感染患者的抗菌药物给药方案提供理论依据。方法柱切换反相高效液相色谱法比较轻度烧伤感染患者和中度烧伤感染患者的血药浓度。结果滴注2g头孢吡肟后,中度烧伤感染组的血药浓度与轻度烧伤感染组的血药浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应适当缩短中度烧伤感染患者的头孢吡肟的滴注的间隔时间或增大其用药剂量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To provide a theoretical basis for anti-bacteria for treatment of infection of burn. Methods Both Cefepime concentrations in mild degree burn and second degree burn were determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography(R-HPLC).
