深圳市孕中期HCG、AFP、FE3激素水平表达观察及研究

目的探讨孕中期β绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）、甲胎蛋白（AFP）、游离雌三醇（FE3）激素表达水平的意义。方法化学发光免疫分析法检测5063例孕周14.0-21＋6的妊娠妇女血清β-HCG、AFP、FE3的水平,筛查阳性患者。结果 5 063例孕妇共检出出生缺陷85例,检出率1.68%,假阳性80例,假阳性率1.58%。4978例正常新生儿,其母亲血清β-HCG、AFP、FE3的正常值分别为（1.15±0.88）、（1.22±0.75）、（1.31±0.88）MOM。高危产妇与正常产妇出生缺陷胎儿的检出率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论β-HCG、AFP、FE3联合检测是严重胎儿缺陷产前诊断的有效方法。

A study on the maternal serum HCG, AFP, FE3 level in Shenzhen city

Objective To investigate the significance of β human chorionic gonadotropin（β-HCG）,alpha-fetoprotein（AFP）,free estriol（FE3） expression levels in the second trimester pregnant woman.Methods The serum β-HCG,AFP,FE3 level in 5063 cases of 14.0-21＋6 weeks of gestation in pregnant women was respectively detected by ECIA to screen the positive patients.Results 85 cases having birth defects were detected from 5 063 cases,the detection rate was 1.68%,80 cases was false positive and the false-positive rate was 1.58%.4978 cases having normal newborns,the serum β-HCG,AFP,FE3 normal values was（1.15±0.88）,（1.22±0.75）,（1.31±0.88） MOM respectively.The detection rate had no significant difference between the high-risk and the fetal birth defects lying-in woman（P0.05）.Conclusion It is effective method of prenatal diagnosis combined with β-HCG,AFP and FE3 detection.
