大面积烧伤应用改良式微粒皮移植的研究

摘    要:目的用改良式微粒皮同种异体皮移植方法治疗大面积深度烧伤,减少手术并发症,提高手术微粒皮的成活率,方法大面积烧伤患者在伤后48~72h,行肢体创面切(削)痂,创面直接应用生物敷料覆盖并纱布包扎。在首次术后3~5d行第二次手术,给予微粒皮移植加大张异体皮覆盖术。结果提高了休克期切痂微粒皮移植的成活率。讨论改良式微粒皮移植不仅缓解了大面积烧伤患者自体皮源缺乏的问题,同时还可以相对减少手术次数,避免了医疗资源的重复利用和浪费。
