| 摘 要： | 目的：分离和鉴定猪链球菌，为诊断和治疗提供科学依据。方法：用3种增菌液和7种培养基对病人血液，脑脊液培养和病死猪的内脏培养，并对分离到的病原体进行染色形态观察，API Strep20生化及其它生化试验，血清凝集试验，结果：从4例病人血液，1例脑脊液和7例病死猪中分离到12株病原菌，经鉴定9株编码为0641453，2株为0640453，1株为1641453，12株菌均与猪链球菌2型血清凝集，结论：12株细菌均为猪链球菌2型。

| Abstract: | Objective:Isolation and identification of streptococcus suis. Methods:The blood and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)were taken from infected people,who detected by blood nutrient agar medium, and causative organism were observed by the sharp of the organism, API Strep biochemical tests and reference serum coagulate tests. Results:12 strains of streptococcus were isolated from 4 sera and 1 CSF of the infected men,and 7 viscus samples were isolated from pig ill death. By API 20 Strep test, the code of 9 strains was 0641453, the another two code of strain was 0640453, all the 12 strains were coagulated with the reference sera of S.suis. Conclusion 12 strains of Streptococcus were S.suis . |
