内镜辅助下完成神经外科手术177例分析

目的 探讨内镜在神经外科手术中的应用.方法 回顾1999年1月～2005年12月内镜辅助下完成神经外科手术177例的临床资料.结果 53例颅内占位性病变全切43例,次全切除10例;20例原发性三叉神经术后疼痛消失18例,缓解2例;高血压脑出血血肿清除手术104例,血肿清除率90%.结论 应用内镜进行神经外科手术扩展了病变周围结构的显露,减少了术中误判,从而增加了手术安全性和病灶的全切率,提高了患者的生存质量.

Analysis of 177 neurosurgery operations assisted by endoscope

[Objective ] To explore the application of endoscope in neurosurgery operations. [Methods] Clinical data of 177 neurosurgery operations assisted by endoscope from Jan. 1999 to Dee. 2005 was reviewed. [Result] In 53 cases encephalic space-occupying lesion, 43 cases were cut wholly, and 10 eases were hypo-eut. In 20 cases of primary trigeminal pain after operation, 18 cases disappeared, and 2 were relieved. In 104 cases of high blood pressure cerebral hemorrhage haematoma eliminating operation, the haematoma eliminating rate was 90%. [Conclusion] Application of endoscope in neurosurgery operation enlarged the unfolding of pathological changes structures, decreased muss judgment in operation and increased the security and the wholly cutting rate of focuses, improved the life quality of patients.
