| 摘 要： | 目的：评价１，６－二磷酸果糖治疗慢性肺心病急性发作期的疗效。方法：治疗组７６例（男性４２例，女性３４例，年龄６３±ｓ８ａ），在用控制感染、祛痰、吸氧、平喘等治疗基础（常规疗法）上加用１，６－二磷酸果糖５ｇ静脉滴注，ｂｉｄ，７ｄ为一个疗程。另设对照组６２例（男性３４例，女性２８例；年龄６１±７ａ），仅用常规疗法，７ｄ为一个疗程。结果：前者总有效率８３％，后者５５％，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；前者动脉血气分析与血液流变学均显著改善（Ｐ＜０．０１），后者改善不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。未见不良反应。结论：加用１，６－二磷酸果糖疗效满意。

| Abstract: | AIM:To assess the efficacy of 1,6-fructose-diphosphate(FDP)supplement in treating acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease,METHODS:The treatment group of 76 patients(M 42,F 34;age 63±s 8 a) were treated with FDP 5 g,iv drip,bid, in addition to conventional therapy,for 7 d.The other 62 patients in control group(M 34,F28;age 61 ± 7 a)were treated with the conventional therapy for controlling infection,expeilling phlegm,inhalling oxygen and relieving asthma,for7d.RESULTS: The total effective rate was 83% in former group,and 55% in latter group(P<0.01) ;The arterial blood gases and hemorrheologic parameters were significantly improved(P<0.01)in former group;and not significantly improved(P>0.05) in latter group.CONCLUSION : FDP supplement in treating acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease is satisfactory. |
