颈椎椎体肿瘤临床特点及诊断

目的：探讨颈椎椎体肿瘤的临床特点及其诊断方法。方法：分析13例颈椎椎体肿瘤的临床表现，病理学特点，实验室检查结果及影像学表现。结果：成人颈椎椎体肿瘤以恶性肿瘤居多；男性较女性多发；下颈椎椎体为转移性肿瘤的好发部位，尤其是C5，6节段；最常见的临床表现是局限性疼痛。结论：颈椎椎体肿瘤的诊断应结合临床表现，实验室和影像学检查结果，并注意与其它疾病相鉴别。ECT有利于早期诊断，而MRI对颈椎椎体肿瘤诊断价值最大。

Clinical characteristics and diagnosis of tumors of cervical vertebral body

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and diagnosis of cervical vertebral body tumors. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical findings, pathology, the findings of laboratory examination and the radiology of 13 cases of cervical vertebral body tumors. Results Malignant tumors of cervical vertebral body were more frequently found in adults than in children. The male was more easily involved than the female. Lower cervical vertebral bodies, especially in C 5,6 , were more easily involved by metastatic cancers than the upper cervical vertebral bodies. The most common symptom of the patients was the local pain. Conclusion The diagnosis of cervical vertebral body tumors should be made comprehensively according to the clinical findings,the results of laboratory examinations and radiology of the patients. ECT helps to make an early diagnosis, and MRI is the most valuable in the diagnosis.
