钼钯X线、超声及二者组合BI-RADS分类在农村妇女乳腺筛查中的对比分析

摘    要: 目的 对比分析钼钯X线(MAM)、超声(US)及二者组合在农村妇女乳腺筛查中BI-RADS分类的异同,探讨其分类评价价值。 方法 选取在本院接受乳腺筛查的本地区农村妇女,年龄35~60岁,制定入选标准,954名入选。对所有受检者先行US检查,再行MAM检查;参照美国放射学会提出的乳腺影像报告和数据系统2003年第4版分类标准进行US、MAM及US+MAM分类,对所得结果行统计学分析,比较3种分类方法的差异。 结果 统计学分析显示3种方法所得Ⅰ、Ⅱ类结果的受检者年龄及人数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅲ、ⅣA类受检者的年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅲ~Ⅴ类受检者数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 US+MAM组合法BI-RADS分类可增加农村妇女乳腺Ⅱ类结果检出率;对于Ⅲ~ⅣB类结果,MAM较US检出率高。
