摘    要:目的:应用免疫组织化学方法观察实验性兔腰髓缺血40min、再灌流4h的脊髓运动神经元胞体和轴突的病理学改变。方法:采用神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)抗体和神经中丝(NF)抗全分别特异标记神经元胞体和轴突。结果进行图象分析。结果;缺血40min,前角运动神经元胞体和轴突内NSE和NF反应异常地增强,胞体内NSE和NF分布紊乱聚集。再灌流4h,前角运动神经元胞体和轴突内反应阳性,胞体内分布散乱稀疏、崩清

Abstract:Objective:The paper was to evaluate possible significances of immunohistological method in assessing experimental ischemic damage on the spinal cord.Methods:Neuron specific endolase(NSE) and neurofilament(NF) antibody were used to specifically label cell bodies and axons of the neuron in the spinal cord,and results were analysed by the methods of the image pattern analyis.Results:The excessive misaccumulation of NSE and NF were observed in the cell bodies and axons of motorneurons in ventral horn after 40 min of ischemia, and the distributions of NSE and NF in the cell bodies were accumulative. The NSE and NF immunohistochemical reaction could be shown in the cell bodies and axons of motorneuorns after 4 h of reperfusion,and the distributions were divergent,rare and disintegrative,the axons were swollen and vanish.
