游离心肌细胞线粒体间连接装置的电镜观察

目的：观察心肌细胞线粒体间连接装置。方法：用扫描电镜观察Ｔｒｉｔｏｎ Ｘ－１００ 处理的游离心肌细胞，并用透射电镜观察游离心肌细胞，进行对照研究。结果：用扫描电镜发现心肌细胞线粒体间有细管样的连接装置，并在透射电镜下得到了证实。结论：本研究第一次用扫描电镜观察了心肌细胞线粒体间连接装置，而且提供了一种观察线粒体间连接装置的方法

Eleoctron Microscopy of Intermitochondrial Linkages in Isolated Myocardiocytes

Objective:This work was to identify intermitochondrial linkages in myocardiocytes. Methods:Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe myocardiocytes that had been extracted by Triton X100, and transmission electron microscopy was also used as control.Results:Intermitochondrial linkages in myocardiocytes were found like some thin tubules by scanning electron microscopy , and the linkages were identified by transmission electron microscopy. Conclusion:It was the first time to observe intermitochondrial linkages in myocardiocytes by scanning electron microscopy,and gave a method to observe intermitochondrial linkages.
