170眼白内障囊外摘除并植入人工晶体临床分析

对１３８例患者１７０眼施行白内障囊外摘除并植入人工晶体，其中老年性白内障１３２眼，并发性白内障２５眼，外伤性白内障１３眼，患者年龄８￣８５岁，术后随访半月至１９个月，视力≤０．４者１８眼，占１０．６％≥０．５者１５２眼，占８９．４％。

Clinical Analysis of 138 Cases of ECE with IOL

Extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation was performed on 170 eyes of 138 patients in our hospital from October, 1993 to May, 1995. 169 were posterior chamber implantation, 1 was anterior chamber implantation. The age ranged from 8 to 85 years old. Among the 170 eyes, 132 were senile cataract, 25 were complcated cataract and 13 were trumatic cataract. The follow-up period ranged from 0.5 to 19 months. The postoperative visual acuity achvered 0.5 or better in 152 eyes (89. 4%), achieved 1. 0 or better in 73 eyes (42.9%), did not achieve 0. 5 in 18 eyes (10.6%), the main postoperative complications, the factors of affecting the early recovering of postoperative vision and the implantation one-eyed potients have been discussed.
