甲状腺疾病的实时超声诊断价值

目的：评价实时超声诊断甲状腺疾病的价值。方法：分析了２７７例甲状腺疾病的高分辨率实时超声表现和结果，并与病理对照。结果：甲状腺癌的诊断符合率为８２％（２３／２８），良性病变的诊断符合率为９５．９％（２３９／２４９）。结论：根据我们的经验，液化，钙化和“晕”征的存在对于确定病变的性质意义不大，而病变的形态、边界、内部回声类和后方回声特征对甲状腺病的病理学诊断具有重要意义。

The value of real-time ultrasonography in diagnosis of thyroid diseases

Objective: Evaluating the clinical value of ultrasonography diagnosis for thyroid diseases.Methods:This series consist of thyroid diseases,high resolution real-time ultrasonography and paphological examination were compared.Result:Thyroid cancer was corretly diagnosed in 82% (23/28) of cases and benign lesion in 95. 9% (239/249). Conclusion:According to our experience ,calcifications,liqid change and halo sign occurred in thyroid diagnoses at about the rate,their presence is not helpful in appraising the nature of a lesion,The appearance of multiform,margins,echo patterns and intrrmal echoes is helpful in pathological diagnosis.
