| 摘 要： | 目的：比较国内3个厂家生产的格列喹酮的溶出度。方法：采用转篮法及紫外分光光度法进行测定。结果：北京、天津、吉林厂家产品累积溶出大于75％的时间分别为25min、30min、12min。经方差分析，F值为0．875，小于其临界值4．40。结论：3个厂家生产的格列喹酮质量均符合中华人民共和国药典规定，且它们之间无显著差异。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the vitro dissolution of gliquidone tablets produced from three factories. Methods: Rotating basket and ultraviolet spectrometry were used.Results: Gliquidone tablets of Beijing and Tianjin and Jilin factories were dissolved more than 75% in 25 minutes; 30 minutes and 12 minutes respectively.The mean square analysis showed the F is 0.875,and less than the critical F(4.40).Conclusion: The quality of gliquidone tablets from three factories all accorded with the standard of ChP and no significant differences among them. |
