摘    要:目的:探讨全膝关节置换术后对患侧本体感觉的影响。方法:选取48例全膝关节置换术后3个月的患者(置换组)和50例同龄正常人(健康组),以Biodex 3等速系统测试双膝关节主动复位的误差角度,以作为个体本体感觉能力优劣的评估指标。结果:置换组患者术侧膝关节主动复位误差角度显著大于健康组的左右膝(P〈0.05)。结论:全膝关节置换术后患者的个体本体感觉明显降低,因此其运动康复计划中应包含本体感觉的训练。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the influence of total knee arthroplasty(TKA) on proprioceptive function.Method: Forty-eight patients three months after TKA(TKA group) and 50 age-matched healthy people(healthy group) were selected.The proprioceptive function of all subjects was measured by a repositioning test on the Biodex Ⅲ dynamometer.The Bioedx Ⅲ isokinetic dynamometer was used to assess knee proprioceptive function: active position sense.Results: The TKA group had significantly worse active reposition sense than healthy group(P0.05).Conclusion: The active position sense in patients with TKA is impaired.It was recommended that rehabilitation program for TKA should include the proprioceptive training,especially in restoring the active reposition sense.
