| 摘 要： | 目的：观察艾灸对大鼠胃黏膜损伤修复过程中相关血清蛋白质的差异表达。方法：40只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、经穴组和非经穴组。将模型组、经穴组和非经穴组大鼠制成胃黏膜损伤模型,造模成功后,经穴组取梁门、足三里艾灸,非经穴组取以上两穴外侧旁开0.5 cm艾灸。治疗10 d后应用表面增强激光解吸离子化飞行时间质（SELDI-TOF-MS）技术筛选大鼠血清蛋白质的表达。结果：与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清有5个蛋白质峰差升高。与模型组比较,经穴组大鼠有3个蛋白质峰增高;非经穴组8个蛋白质峰增高,4个降低。与非经穴组比较,经穴组大鼠血清蛋白质峰4个增高,3个降低（P〈0.05）。结论：艾灸可促进胃黏膜损伤修复特异相关的蛋白质差异表达,且存在一定的经脉脏腑相关性。
