男性不育患者卵母细胞浆内单精子注射治疗临床观察

目的：评估男性不育患者实施卵母细胞质内单精子注射（intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI）的临床疗效.方法：回顾性分析2002～2006年行ICSI治疗的1 224例男性因素不育病例临床结局.以同期健康人群自然受孕1 555例为对照比较其临床结局.结果：男性不育患者行1 224个周期治疗,374个周期获临床妊娠,移植周期妊娠率30.55%.活产率25.14%.与健康人群比较,其多胎率、早产率高,出生体重略低,男女婴性别比略低（P＜0.05）,先天畸形发生的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论：ICSI是治疗男性不育患者安全而有效的手段.

Clinical Observation on Male Infertility Treated by Assisted Reproductive Technology

Objective：To evaluate clinical effects of ART on male infertility patients. Methods：A retrospect analysis on the clinical outcomes of 1224 male infertilities treated by ART from Jan 2002 to Dec 2006 was done. Pregnancy rate of ART was analyzed. The pregnancy outcome of ART was compare to those of the 1555 spontaneous conceptions. Neonatal outcome of the two ways of conception was compared. Results： Pregnancy rate per transfer was 30.55 %, live birth rate 25.14%. There was no significant difference on neonatal congenital malformation between the two groups. Rate of premature delivery and multiple birth of ICSI group were higher, neonatal birth weight was lower when compare to the spontaneous conceived group （P〈0.05）. No statistical significance was observed in the comparison of congenital malformation（P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： ICSI is a safe and effective method in management of male infertility.
