寻常性银屑病患者血清IL-15和IL-18水平的改变及意义

目的　观察不同临床阶段银屑病患者血清中IL 15和IL 18水平的改变。方法　分别抽取 2 9例寻常性银屑病患者 (其中进行期 18例 ,静止期 11例 )和 10例健康志愿者的血样 ,以竞争酶联免疫吸附 (ELISA)法检测血清中的IL 15和IL 18水平。结果　正常对照组血清IL 15和IL 18水平分别为 13 .3 8± 4.41pg/ml和 168.98± 45 .5 4pg/ml;银屑病患者静止期组血清IL 15和IL 18水平分别为 2 6.0 4± 6.16pg/ml和 3 67.0 8± 10 9.75pg/ml,而进行期组血清IL 15和IL 18水平分别为 3 0 .86± 7.43 pg/ml和 471.76± 114 .12 pg/ml。进行期组及静止期组的IL 15和IL 18血清水平均较正常对照组明显升高 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;IL 15和IL 18的血清水平与皮损严重程度有一定关系。结论　IL 15和IL 18对银屑病的发生和发展过程有一定影响。

Elevated Serum Levels of Interleukin-15 and Interleukin-18 in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To detect levels of interleukin 15 (IL 15) and interleukin 18 (IL 18) in patients with psoriasis vulgaris in different clinical period.Methods 29 patients with psoriasis vulgaris ( of which 18 were in developing period and 11 in remission period) and 10 healthy controls were included. Competitive enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay(ELISA) was employed to detect the serum levels of IL 15 and IL 18.Results Serum levels of IL 15 in control group, remission group and developing group were 13.38±4.41, 26.04±6.16 and 30.86±7.43 pg/ml respectively,while IL 18 being 168.98±45.54,367.08±109.75 and 471.76±114.12 pg/ml respectively.Significant difference was found between patients group and control group ( P <0.05).Furthermore,the serum levels of IL 15 and IL 18 were related to the severity of psoriasis. Conclusion IL 15 and IL 18 might play an influential role in the pathogenesis and development of psoriasis.
