老年前列腺增生患者心理弹性与社会支持、应对方式的相关性研究

目的 探讨老年前列腺增生患者心理弹性与社会支持、应对方式的相关性。 方法采用一般资料问卷、心理弹性量表、领悟社会支持量表、简易应对方式问卷对204例老年前列腺增生患者进行调查。 结果 患者的心理弹性、社会支持、积极应对、消极应对得分分别为(60.75±12.47)分、(54.61±12.40)分、(1.56±0.63)分、(1.82±0.60)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示:心理弹性与社会支持、积极应对呈正相关,与消极应对呈负相关。 结论 老年前列腺增生患者的心理弹性较低,护理人员应通过改善患者的社会支持及应对方式来提高其心理弹性。

Correlation among resilience,social support and coping style in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To investigate the relationships among resilience, social support and coping style in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Totally 204 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were investigated with a self-designed demographic questionnaire, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ). Results The average total score of CD-RISC in elderly patients with BPH was 60.75±12.47, and that of PSSS was 54.61±12.40. The average score of positive coping style was 1.56±0.63, and negative coping style was 1.82±0.60. Pearson correlation analysis showed that resilience was positively related to social support and positive coping style, but negatively related to negative coping style. Conclusion Resilience among elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is low, and nursing staff should promote it through enhancing their social supports and improving their coping styles.
