失禁相关性皮炎风险评估量表在失禁患者护理中的应用

目的 探讨失禁相关性皮炎风险评估量表在失禁患者中的应用效果。 方法 将454例住院失禁患者按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组。选取2014年1~6月的218例失禁患者为对照组,给予常规护理。选取2014年7~12月的236例失禁患者为观察组,采用失禁相关性皮炎风险评估量表评估后进行护理。比较2组失禁相关性皮炎的发生率。 结果 观察组失禁相关性皮炎发生率低于对照组(χ²=4.11,P<0.05)。 结论 对失禁患者采用失禁相关性皮炎风险评估量表评估后进行护理,可有效降低失禁相关性皮炎的发生率。

Application of perineal assessment tool in the nursing care of incontinence patients

Objective To investigate the effect of applying the perineal assessment tool in incontinence patients. Methods Totally 454 incontinence patients were randomly chosen and divided into an observation group and a control group. The former group was assessed using the perineal assessment tool to screen the patients at risk followed by targeted nursing, while the latter group was given traditional nursing care without risk assessment. The occurrence of incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD) was compared between the two groups. Results The occurrence of IAD of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Nursing incontinence patients according to their IAD risk can effectively lower the occurrence of IAD.
