乳酸依沙吖啶联合金黄散治疗化学性静脉炎的疗效观察

目的观察乳酸依沙吖啶溶液联合金黄散治疗化学性静脉炎的疗效观察。方法选取本院2015年6月-2017年12月肿瘤化疗发生静脉炎患者46例作为研究对象,随机分成两组。对照组:采用50%的硫酸镁湿热敷患处。观察组:采用乳酸依沙吖啶溶液与金黄散制剂交替湿热敷患处。3天后利用疼痛评估量表与静脉炎分级标准结合进行评价。结果观察组治愈23例,显效18例,总有效率95.65%,有统计意义(P<0.01)。结论乳酸依沙吖啶溶液联合金黄散治疗化学性静脉炎不但有良好的治疗效果,而且实用、无毒副作用。

Effect of Ethacridine Lactate Combined With Jinhuang Powder on Chemical Phlebitis

Objective To observe the curative effect and nursing of ethacridine lactate solution combined with Jinhuang powder in the treatment of chemical phlebitis.Methods 46 patients with phlebitis caused by tumor chemotherapy from June 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Control group:use 50%magnesium sulfate wet hot compress.Observation group:using ethacridine lactate solution and Jinhuang powder preparation alternately wet and hot compress the affected area.Three days later,the pain assessment scale was combined with phlebitis grading standard.Results In the observation group,23 cases were cured,18 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 95.65%,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Ethacridine lactate solution combined with Jinhuang powder is not only effective in the treatment of chemical phlebitis,but also practical and non-toxic side effects.
