摘    要:目的 观察健康教育路径应用于胃肠道肿瘤手术患者的效果。 方法 将100例胃肠道肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,观察组采用健康教育路径方法。比较2组术后首次肛门排气时间、术后首次下床时间、术后住院天数、住院费用。 结果 观察组术后首次肛门排气时间、术后首次下床时间早于对照组,住院天数少于对照组,住院费用低于对照组。 结论 实施健康教育路径有利于提高患者对疾病的认知,促进患者术后恢复,提高护理人员的工作积极性。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of health education nursing pathway on patients with gastrocolic carcinoma during perioperative period. Methods Totally 100 patients with gastrocolic carcinoma were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each of 50 patients. Patients in the experimental group were cared with health education nursing pathway, while those in the control group were given conventional nursing. Two groups were compared in the first anal exhaust time, the first post-operative off-bed activity time, length of hospital stay and hospitalization cost. Result As compared with patients in the control group, the patients in the experimental group had earlier the first anal exhaust time and the first post-operative off-bed activity time. The other measurements of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion Application of the health education nursing pathway helps to raise patients′ awareness of their diseases, promote their post-operative rehabilitation and enhance the working enthusiasm of the nursing staff.
