微创置管吸引术对高血压脑出血的疗效分析

摘    要:目的探究微创置管吸引术应用于高血压脑出血患者治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月-2019年1月时间段到本院就诊的71例高血压脑出血患者作为此次研究的研究对象。以不同的治疗方式将其分为参照组(共35例,采取显微手术治疗)和治疗组(共36例,采取微创置管吸引术治疗),比较两组患者血肿清除率以及预后情况。结果治疗组患者血肿清除率(94.44%)明显高于参照组(74.29%),P<0.05;参照组患者术后出现并发症发生率为25.71%,治疗组术后出现并发症发生率为5.56%,治疗组数据明显更优,P<0.05。结论微创置管吸引术应用于高血压脑出血患者治疗中的优势明显,不仅能更高效的清除脑血肿,同时降低患者术后出现并发症的几率。

Effect of Minimally Invasive Catheter Aspiration on Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive catheter aspiration in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods 71 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who came to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group(35 cases treated by microsurgery)and treatment group(36 cases treated by minimally invasive catheter aspiration).The clearance rate of hematoma and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of hematoma clearance in the treatment group(94.44%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(74.29%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of postoperative complications in the reference group was 25.71%,and the rate of postoperative complications in the treatment group was 5.56%.The data in the treatment group was significantly better,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive catheter aspiration has obvious advantages in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.It can not only remove cerebral hematoma more effectively,but also reduce the incidence of complications after operation.
