医药综合改革对医院门诊患者的影响

目的医药综合改革正在进行大力实施,为了研究医药改革之后,该政策对门诊患者产生的影响,文章进行了详细的研究调查,希望能够为以后医药综合改革的有效实施提供一定的理论依据,并且能够为患者提供很好的服务。方法选择北京市某三级医院为样本来源,根据研究设计调取该三级医院2016年4月8日-2018年4月8日在该院呼吸科门诊就诊患者的完整的诊疗记录,比较北京医改政策前后该院专科门诊临床医生对患者临床处置方式的具体项目,包括患者所接受的检验、检查项目以及患者就诊过程中发生的费用,探索关于北京医改政策的变化对于患者临床处置方式的影响。进一步通过对患者群体与医生群体的问卷调查来了解影响患者临床处置方式的相关因素。结果本院在实行医药改革后,由于门诊患者人数逐渐减少,这使得门诊患者的就诊效率得到了提高,而医药分开改革后,所花费的医疗费用也相对减少,患者门诊就医的时间也相对缩短,患者整体就医体验感有所提高。结论新政策下的医药综合改革有利于为患者减轻负担。

The Influence of Comprehensive Reform of Medicine on Outpatients

Objective The comprehensive reform of medicine is being vigorously implemented. In order to study the impact of the policy on outpatients after the reform of medicine, this paper conducts a detailed research and investigation, hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the effective implementation of the comprehensive reform of medicine in the future, and to provide good services for patients. Methods Select a tertiary hospital in Beijing as the sample source, according to the research design, transfer the complete diagnosis and treatment records of the patients in the respiratory outpatient department of the tertiary hospital from April 8 th 2016 to April 8 th 2018, and compare the specific items of the clinical treatment methods of the special outpatient clinicians of the hospital before and after the Beijing medical reform policy, including the tests, examination items and the the cost of patients, to explore the impact of the changes of Beijing medical reform policy on the clinical treatment of patients. Further through the questionnaire survey of patients and doctors to understand the relevant factors that affect the clinical treatment of patients. Results After the implementation of the medical reform, as the number of outpatients decreased gradually, the efficiency of outpatients was improved. After the medical reform, the cost of medical treatment was relatively reduced, the time of outpatients was relatively shortened, and the overall experience of patients was improved. Conclusion The comprehensive reform of medicine under the new policy is beneficial to reduce the burden of patients.
