中医刮痧对健康机体抗氧化和免疫功能影响

目的分析中医刮痧对健康机体抗氧化和免疫功能的影响。方法随机选取本院于2017年3月-2019年3月接收的健康志愿者共计34例,对所有志愿者实施中医刮痧,并测定所有志愿者刮痧前、刮痧后5 min、刮痧后12 h、刮痧后24 h其血清中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、总胆红素、白介素1(interleukin1,IL-1)、白介素6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、过氧化脂质(lipid peroxide,LPO)水平情况。结果刮痧后志愿者LPO、IL-6水平明显上升,总胆红素、SOD、IL-1明显下降,刮痧后24 h,志愿者IL-1、IL-6、SOD水平下降,总胆红素、LPO水平上升,且三个时间点之间的数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对健康机体实施中医刮痧,可有效影响体内抗氧化与免疫功能,从而调节机体,具有增强机体免疫能力,抗氧化的效果。

Influence of Chinese Medicine Scraping for Antioxidation and Immune Function of Healthy Body

Objective To analyze the effect of scraping on Antioxidation and immune function of healthy body.Methods A total of 34 healthy volunteers were randomly selected from March 2017 to March 2019.All volunteers were treated with traditional Chinese medicine scraping,and their serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),total bilirubin,interleukin-1(IL-1)were measured before scraping,5 minutes after scraping,12 hours after scraping and 24 hours after scraping 1.The level of IL-1,IL-6 and LPO.Results The levels of LPO,IL-6 and total bilirubin,SOD and IL-1 were significantly increased,while the levels of IL-1,IL-6 and SOD were significantly decreased and the levels of total bilirubin and LPO were increased 24 hours after scraping,and the data differences between the three time points were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scraping in traditional Chinese medicine can effectively affect the anti-oxidation and immune function of healthy body,so as to regulate the body,enhance the immune ability and anti-oxidation effect.
