2型糖尿病并发心血管疾病护理教育干预研究

摘    要:目的 探讨2型糖尿病护理教育的干预措施及其干预效果。 方法 将126例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各63例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组除常规治疗外加强护理教育。 结果 观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2h-PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,不良心血管事件发生率低于对照组。 结论 护理教育干预措施对控制2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、血压及降低不良心血管事件发生率效果良好。

Abstract:Objective To explore nursing education for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its effect. Methods A total of 126 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each group of 63 cases. Both groups received routine treatment. And the observation group was additionally provided with nursing education.After the intervention, the fasting plasma glucose, 2-hour plasma glucose, hemoglobin A1C, triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and occurrence rate of adverse cardiovascular events were measured and compared. Results The average HDL-C of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the values of the other measurements were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusions The nursing education intervention can effectively control blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure in patients with T2DM and lower the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.
